What’s Included
The All-Inclusive Package Course is designed to help you to organize your study abroad experience and support you every step of the way. The package includes the following services to cover all bases and ensure that your experience in Spain goes smoothly and is trouble-free:
- Visa Assistance:
If you require a student visa in order to study Spanish in Spain, our team will guide you through the entire process, answering any questions you may have and sending you the relevant documents quickly and at no additional cost.
- Medical and Travel Insurance:
You will be provided with comprehensive medical insurance coverage as well as basic travel insurance. So that you have all the relevant information at your disposal, all policy documentation will be delivered to you prior to your arrival in Spain.
- Bus station pick-up service at Salamanca
The closest international airport is Madrid-Barajas (at 215 km from Salamanca).
One could go to Salamanca from Madrid by bus from the very same airport Madrid-Barajas (Terminal 1).
The trip from Madrid to Salamanca by bus could take about two and half hours. For more information, visit www.avanzabus.com.
Our staff member will be waiting at the bus station in Salamanca and you will be accompanied to your accommodation. - Top-Quality Accommodation:
If you select this program, you will be allocated one of our pre-selected top-quality accommodation options, either in a shared student apartment, with a host family or a residence. If you are interested in a private studio this is possible with a supplement payment (please contact us for further information). In all cases, the accommodation is of superior quality in comparison with standard student accommodation in Spain.
- Spanish Sim Card:
Upon arrival in Spain, you will be provided with a Spanish SIM card and €50 in credit.
- Course-Related Expenses Assistance:
The package includes all course and registration fees for Salamanca University’s monthly intensive course, summer course, or 20-hour per week semester course. Also included are the costs of both the certificate of completion at the end of the course and the student card issued by Salamanca University (which grants you full access to campus facilities such as fitness and sports centers, computer labs, and libraries) are also included in the package.
- Welcome and Introduction to Our Cultural Immersion Program:
On your first day in Spain, you will be assigned a personal guide. They will support you throughout the duration of your stay to help you better assimilate into the Spanish way of life. You will be given a tour of the university, along with introduction to its facilities, as well as take part in an array of guided tours throughout the city that include visits to culturally significant sites and museums in Salamanca.
- Social and Recreational Activities:
We will help you get stuck into extracurricular social activities, such as language exchange events where students from different countries come together to make friends and help each other practice new languages. We can also help with various individual interests such as signing up to a gym or joining a sports team, and you will have access to a wide range of activities organized by Salamanca University – including guided tours, social events, trips around the region and to other Spanish cities, as well as conferences on various topics of interest.
- Trips and Excursions:
Besides the series of trips offered by Salamanca University, our All-Inclusive Package Course gives the liberty to travel independently on your own time with the inclusion of accommodation costs for one or two nights. Destinations include other Spanish cities like Madrid.
